Brick, a new pizza establishment in San Clemente opened its doors to the public on May 18. The Italian restaurant, specializing in wood-fire baked pizza, is the brain child of chef and owner, David Pratt.
Pratt has had experience in and out of the kitchen at well known restaurants such as Studio at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach and Picasso at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
Brick’s vision is to deliver, “high quality, local and sustainable ingredients that transform into a unique and seasonal cuisine,” according to its website.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with Sunday Brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Sunday Supper from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
